Nikolay Panayotov and Nedeljko Piscevic before the away game against Hebar
The head coach of CSKA, Nikolay Panayotov, and the midfielder of the "Reds," Nedeljko Piscevic, held a press conference before the away match against Hebar.
"We are preparing for the upcoming match, hoping to display the same performance as in the last game, or even better, because I know we can do more," started Panayotov with his expectations for the match.
"Any team can overcome another. The recipe is to showcase the game from the last match, enter aggressively, stay focused and motivated. We know what we are capable of, we know what Hebar is capable of, but we need to come out motivated and win the match," warned Panayotov.
He commented on the influence of victories on the team: "Every win brings confidence. I hope it has a positive impact on them. I'm glad that the boys approached it extremely seriously, and I'm confident that if it continues, we will keep winning."
"I personally haven't worked with these boys. Surely, they are good footballers, and I'm convinced that they will give their best against us. If we don't take it seriously, we'll have problems," he commented on the numerous former Hebar players who have played for CSKA.
"Every coach prepares their teams differently. Before each match, there's an analysis of the opposing team. Whether it will be an advantage for him and his team to recognize us better depends on our performance. I can't comment on that," concluded the young coach of the "Reds."
"We are preparing for the match against Hebar. I hope we succeed, and may the better team win on Saturday," started the Serbian midfielder.
"I am very happy. This is my first goal for CSKA. It means a lot to me. I was injured for three months, and I am very glad that I can play and improve," stated Pishchevich.
"There are many good players. I feel better. The coach helped me come back faster. Top scorer Chochev helps me a lot, and he is a really good player," he said about his adaptation to the team after the prolonged injury.
"I am better in the position of a number 6, but I can also play as an 8," he mentioned.
