The second team of CSKA and Montana did not score any goals
CSKA's second team ended in a 0:0 draw in their visit to Montana in a match of the VII round in the Second League.
The first more serious opportunity in the meeting was for CSKA. A nice attack ended with a pass to Radoslav Kirilov, but his shot was blocked by Vasil Simeonov.
Good attacks followed by the hosts with a series of corners in front of Gennadiy Ganev's goal.
In the 22nd minute, the situation became quite difficult for CSKA after Gennadiy Ganev went far outside his penalty area, but played with his hand and was sent off with a straight red card. Reds reserve goalkeeper Stanislav Nistorov appeared in the game in place of Kaloyan Strinsky.
Ten minutes later, the home team received a penalty after a foul by Rosen Bozhinov in the penalty area. Anton Tungarov shot was inaccurately and the score remained 0:0.
The second half started with a heavy downpours and a serious storm. Similar to the first part, CSKA was the first to reach a goal situation. A ball taken away in front of his own penalty area and a quick transition sent Marijan Tonev to a wonderful situation, but the goalkeeper of the home team intervened.
The difficult pitch and bad weather conditions were the reason why there were not many scoring chances in the second half. Still, in the closing chords of the match, Montana had several good chances, but Nistorov handled each of them.
In added time, Radoslav Kirilov could have brought the three points for CSKA II, but his shot went outside of the goal.
For Borislav Kyosev's players, this is the second draw of the season. They occupy the 11th position in the standings with an asset of 8 points.
