It is located in the Dragalevtsi district of the capital within the boundaries of the "Tsarsko Selo" complex.
In the summer of 2019, the stadium was completely reconstructed - its capacity was increased, a stand was built for guests and electric lighting was installed, as well as a modern electronic scoreboard. All the conditions have been created for it to host matches from the elite division of Bulgaria.
The complex also has: 2 training fields (outdoor) - natural grass - dimensions 100/60 meters 1 training field (outdoor) - artificial grass - dimensions 100/60 meters 1 training ground (indoor) - artificial grass - dimensions 60/40 meters 1 training field (outdoor) - artificial grass - dimensions 40/20 meters
