Dear members of the "FC CSKA 1948" Association,

The management board of the Association invites you to the annual general meeting, which will be held on September 26, 2023 (Tuesday), at 6:00 p.m., at the Central Military Club, located in the city of Sofia, Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. 7, with the following agenda and draft decisions:

1. Adoption of the report on the activities of the "FC CSKA 1948" Association for 2022 (Draft decision: The General Assembly accepts the report on the activities of the "FC CSKA 1948" Association for 2022);

2. Acceptance of the financial report for the activities of the "FC CSKA 1948" Association for 2022 (Draft decision: The General Assembly accepts the financial report for the activities of the "FC CSKA 1948" Association for 2022);

3. Miscellaneous.

All members of the "FC CSKA 1948" Association are invited to attend the meeting, and the registration of those present or their proxies will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. The members of the Association are legitimized by presenting an identity document, and the proxies - by an express written power of attorney.

The materials on the agenda are available to the members of the "FC CSKA 1948" Association at the Association's management address, every working day from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In the absence of a quorum, on the basis of Art. 16 of the Statute of the Association, the General Meeting will be held at 19:00 on the same day, at the same place and with the same agenda, regardless of the number of members present.
